Early Start & Parent Infant Programs:

Clerc's Children's curriculum and services assure effective transition from 0-3 to 3-5, working with home visit teachers and school teachers to foster continuous language development skills through daily Communication Education Program instruction and lessons. Assessments are done every 6 months to monitor performance and progress toward the ultimate goal: to cultivate bilingual proficiency and prepare the DHH child in meeting the National Pre-K Standards.

Using the power of the internet, Clerc's Children is an online service that provides a crucial dual language development plan for use at home on a daily basis, one hundred percent accessible to Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) infants & toddlers. Clerc's Children connects parents with other parents and mentors for immediate emotional support and provides access to a network of professionals who are "Dual Language Friendly."
